Walked in for a haircut on 31 May at 4:30 PM and had possibly the worst haircut of my life.
The hairdresser was unskilled and did not take pride in her work at all. There are many other amazing salons in the same mall that I've had great experiences with, but they were full when I dropped by. I thought I'd give Jean Yip a try, thinking they should have some quality control with their hairdressers. I was so wrong. It was highly disappointing.

I went for a trial session today and was served by Chris. I told her my hair concerns, and she shared with me a few treatments. Throughout the whole process, she was very patient in explaining. She is knowledgeable and very genuine. I really appreciate that she is not pushy. I had the intention of signing a package, but the company policy (decision needs to be made on the same day) leaves no room for customers to consider it for a few days. It is a pity.
