Walked in for a haircut on 31 May at 4:30 PM and had possibly the worst haircut of my life.
The hairdresser is unskilled and does not take pride in her work at all. There are many other amazing salons in the same mall where I've had great experiences, but they were fully booked when I dropped by. I thought I could give Jean Yip a try, thinking they should have some quality control over their hairdressers. I was so wrong. It was highly disappointing.

I went for a trial session today and was served by Chris. I told her my hair concerns, and she suggested a few treatments. Throughout the whole process, she was very patient in her explanations.
She is knowledgeable and very genuine. I really appreciate that she is not pushy.
I had intended to sign a package, but the company policy (requiring a decision on the same day) leaves no room for customers to consider their options for a few days. It is a pity.
