We came here for a birthday celebration, and upon enquiring with Manager Siew Theen, we were informed they were unable to provide a candle or write 'Happy Birthday' for a surprise. No alternative was proposed to make it a special visit. They were obviously not appreciative of customers selecting their restaurant for a celebration.
