Itacho's standard has dropped a lot, as has the portion size of their food. We waited more than 40 minutes between the first and last dishes to be served.
Only the sushi was good; other items, like the hotpot and udon, were extremely mediocre.
We came here for a birthday celebration, and when we enquired with Manager Siew Theen, they were unable to provide a candle or write 'Happy Birthday' for a surprise. No counter-proposal was offered regarding what could be done to make it a special visit. They were obviously not appreciative of customers selecting their restaurant for a celebration.

Came here for lunch around 12:15 PM. The place was not crowded. There were lots of empty tables.
I placed my order at 12:24 PM, and the food was served at 12:48 PM. I'm not sure why it took so long, as the sushi had been sitting on the counter for over 10 minutes.
The food was actually quite good. I had the premium special set lunch, which was good value for money.
The serving time could be improved.
