As others have said, the staff there lack serious customer service. No one was attentive. I ordered a phone online and waited for a confirmation to be sent, but nothing was received. I called the outlet for three days, but no one picked up. I had to try my luck by going down to check the status myself. When I went to the store, the staff could not find the item. After a look of displeasure, he eventually found the item. I said thank you to him despite his unfriendliness, but he just ignored me and walked away. The others were laughing, playing around, and no one bothered about customers. As someone in the service industry myself, I felt very upset seeing such a scene. Despite the feedback from many customers here, it seems like nothing has been done so far.
