Flower and wrapping were 4/5. I requested an opaque plastic bag (a used one is okay) instead of the nice clear, purpose-made bag. Staff looked but turned up empty. Then who I reckon is the owner told me it's chargeable. I said it's okay, I'd pay. I was offered a nice paper bag for 50 cents instead. Do you know what customer service is? It's popping over next door to get a used bag. NTUC is just a few steps away, even. But you chose to sell me what I had already declined. Good job.

I visited your store on April 3rd at approximately 7:30 PM and was disappointed with the service I received from a lady. When I asked an employee if gift wrapping was possible, she mentioned that the wrapping table was too small due to items placed on it. However, I noticed there was a large, available drawer space that could have been used, yet she declined to assist.
Please look into this matter. Thank you.
