Flower and wrapping is a 4/5. I requested an opaque plastic bag (a used one was okay) instead of the nice clear, purpose-designed bag. Staff looked but turned up empty. Then, who I reckon is the owner, told me it's chargeable. I said, "It's okay, I'll pay." I was offered a nice paper bag for 50¢ instead. You know what is customer service? Popping over next door to get a used bag. NTUC is a few steps away, even. But you chose to sell me what I already declined. Good job.

I visited your store on April 3rd at approximately 7:30 PM and was disappointed with the service I received from a lady. When I asked her if gift wrapping was possible, she mentioned that the wrapping table was too small as it was covered with items. However, I noticed there was a large, clear space available that could have been used, yet she declined to assist. Please look into this matter. Thank you.

Here's the edited review: "They sell bad flowers. They use metal wire and scotch tape to hold the dead flowers. They are not honest."
