There is a sign that says 'Wait to be seated'. Together with a couple in front of me, we waited for a good 10 minutes, and no one came to serve us, even though a few of your service staff walked past us numerous times. After 19 minutes, we decided to walk in and find seats ourselves. After we were seated, no one came to serve us either. So, we just ordered via the iPad. Even when they served me the tea, they did not realise that I did not have water. When one of the staff brought a couple to the table next to me, he immediately served them water and provided them a basket of utensils. When I tried to catch the attention of the serving staff for serviettes, he just ignored me. So, I got up to approach another staff member for help. When my waffle arrived, I informed the serving staff that I did not have any utensils, who commented that he was surprised I had not been given any. The other disappointment was that I was served a waffle that was not whole. Please see photo.
