Bought the 3-in-1 rice balls. The filling in the glutinous rice balls has been reduced significantly. I could barely taste the filling.
Also, a female Malay staff member at the Sheng Siong outlet was very rude.
I ordered soy milk without sugar at the Bedok Mall outlet on 7 July 2025, but was given one with sugar. How can the staff make such mistakes? It was a simple order. The quantity was also less than 1 cup.

The entire staff is rude, and they do not respond to my queries. I stood at the counter for a while. Even though the staff made eye contact, they did not acknowledge my presence. Poor service overall. Don't bother ordering anything from there. This is just a reminder for other customers to take note.

Terrible customer service from Bedok Mall outlet. The staff misled my parents into paying for the wrong order and insisted that all outlets serve the same food. My parents ordered vegetarian spicy seaweed meat-free porridge but received something else because the staff had purposely keyed in the wrong item. The food was also not freshly made; it was only warm when we tasted it. My parents immediately returned home after picking up the takeaway. Although the journey was only about 20 minutes, the food was still not fully heated.

The food and products are as expected from Mr Bean, but this particular branch has horrible customer service.
On April 18th, I was overcharged on my order. The staff didn't even apologize or offer to refund or reverse the charge. They stared blankly at me and proceeded to take the next customer's order. So, my cup of ice cream cost me a whopping $4.40.
