I bought the 3-in-1 rice ball. The filling in the glutinous rice balls has been reduced significantly. I could barely taste the filling.
Also, the female Malay staff at the Sheng Siong outlet was very rude.
I ordered soy milk without sugar at the Bedok Mall outlet on 7 Jul 2025, but was given one with sugar. How can the staff make such mistakes? It was a simple order. The quantity was also less than 1 cup.

The entire staff is rude, and they do not respond to my queries. I stood at the counter for a while. Even though the staff made eye contact, they did not acknowledge my presence. Poor service overall. Don't bother ordering anything from there. This is just a reminder for other customers to take note.

The service I received from Rachel was rude and unhelpful, and she never attended to me! It’s disappointing that management seems to allow this behaviour to continue. I hope you will address this issue and ensure better service moving forward.

Terrible customer service from Bedok Mall outlet. They misled my parents into paying for the wrong order and insisted that all their outlets serve the same food. My parents had ordered vegetarian spicy seaweed meat-free porridge but ended up receiving something else, and the staff purposely keyed in the wrong item. Furthermore, the food was not freshly made; it was only warm when we tasted it. My parents immediately returned home after taking the takeaway; despite the journey being only about 20 minutes, the food was not fully hot.

The food and products are as expected from Mr Bean, but this particular branch has horrible customer service.
On 18 Apr, I was overcharged on my order, and the staff didn't even apologize or offer to refund or correct the charge. They stared blankly at me and proceeded to take the next customer's order. So my cup of ice cream cost me a whopping $4.40.
