The quality is so bad. We bought it expensively in Singapore, but the quality is cheap, like products from China. This fan looks cute, but the battery life is very low and it cost me $15. It was not worth it at all. Then I bought another from Shopee, which was shipped from China and was better quality and cheaper. I believe this shop is buying cheap products from China and selling them at Singapore's prices. Super not recommended.

This shop met my expectations for a Miniso shop. It has everything and anything you can think of. I like that it caters to customers of all ages, which means that if I bring my toddler to this shop, he will not be bored.
The shop layout is very neat, bright, and clean, and the staff is friendly.
Do bring your own reusable bags if you intend to buy a lot of things here, as the shop has stopped providing plastic bags to customers as part of its commitment to environmental friendliness. If you would like to purchase a bag, it will cost 10 cents each.

The staff and manager at the outlet were extremely rude. They also kept the freebies for themselves by printing them on the receipt but not giving them to customers. I told them that if I don't receive the freebies, they shouldn't even be stated on the receipt. When I asked for his name, the Malay manager told me, "You want to complain, then just go ahead, but I'm not going to give you my name." Wow. 🤯 They initially didn't even allow me to refund the items, but ultimately they did. As a consumer, I feel this isn't right.

Cool shop with almost everything, similar to Daiso but smaller!
Staff kept talking amongst themselves, tester products were not working, and product quality was questionable. Hence, -1 star.
Overall, a decent place!

I almost got scammed by the middle-aged cashier lady with glasses. She told me I had to spend at least $10, but I already had two items that were over $10. It seemed she wanted me to buy more than just $10 worth, and her service attitude was really weird and rude 💀💀💀…
