The quality is so bad. We bought it expensively in Singapore, but the quality is cheap, like products from China. This fan looks cute, but its battery life is very low, and it cost me $15, not worth it at all. Then I bought another from Shopee, shipped from China, which was better quality and cheaper. I believe this shop is buying cheap products from China and selling them at Singapore prices. Super not recommended.
This shop met my expectations for a Miniso shop. It has everything and anything you can think of. I like that it caters to customers of all ages, which means that if I bring my toddler to this shop, he will not be bored.
The shop layout is very neat, bright, and clean. The staff is friendly.
Do bring your own reusable bags if you intend to buy a lot of things here, as the shop has stopped giving plastic bags to customers as part of its commitment to being environmentally friendly. If you would like to purchase a bag, it will cost 10 cents each.
The staff and manager at the outlet were extremely rude. They also kept the freebies for themselves, which were printed on the receipt but not given to customers. I told them that if I wasn't going to receive the item, it shouldn't even be listed on the receipt. When I asked for his name, the Malay manager told me, "If you want to complain, then just go ahead, but I'm not going to give you my name." Wow. 🤯 Initially, they didn't even allow me to refund the items, though they ultimately did. As a consumer, I feel this isn't right.
Cool shop with almost everything, similar to Daiso but smaller!
Staff kept talking amongst themselves, tester products were not working, and the quality of products was questionable. Hence, minus 1 star.
Overall, a decent place!
I almost got scammed by the middle-aged cashier lady with glasses. She told me I have to spend at least $10, but I had already taken two items exactly over $10. It seems that she wants me to buy more than $10, and her service attitude is really weird and rude 💀💀💀 …
