Previously gave this outlet a 4/5-star rating, but I don't think I can anymore after my recent visits.
Texture of pearls is generally okay, but it seems the staff are consistently missing steps in the preparation, leading to pearls that are generally tasteless — not just lacking taste, but completely tasteless. Felt like I was just chewing plain tapioca flour.
Flavour of drinks I've ordered was poor too. Tea lacked flavour compared to other outlets. The iced chocolate/choc milk has been bland. Are they scooping one scoop less than what's required by the recipe?
This outlet reveals one thing: the management of LiHO is lacking in QC, and it doesn't seem to be a priority. People are buying anyway, so why bother, right?

There is bound to be a queue every time I patronise. Either it's really popular, or work is not done efficiently enough — I don't observe for long enough, so I wouldn't know.
Generally, the staff here are quite effective. The drinks I've bought from this outlet are usually all right. Never particularly amazing, nor substandard. I can trust them to produce a reasonable cup of drink whenever I order. I mean this as a compliment, as the same cannot be said about all LiHo outlets.
That said, the queue can be long and the wait longer. Come prepared to wait, or don't buy at all.

I came to claim my free tea from the Singtel app. Last time, a lady asked if I wanted to upgrade for $1. I said no, and after that, she was kinda rude in customer service. That's at least okay. But today, when I came to get my free drink from the Singtel app reward again, a tall Chinese guy needed to enter a PIN to claim it. I was asking, but he wasn't telling, and then bro just grabbed my phone and typed it himself. Is that professional customer service? Please fix this. Next time, I'm not going to give bro or anyone my phone just like that. And next time, I will email your headquarters if this is not changed. Thank you. 🙏🏽

Tried the new fluffy light milk tea cloud series today. Used the 2 free 1 voucher to try three of the four available flavours: Jasmine Light Milk Tea Cloud, Osmanthus Light Milk Tea Cloud, and Orchid Light Milk Tea Cloud. The tea tasted very refreshing, fragrant, and definitely a healthier choice compared to the usual milk tea. However, I wasn't able to taste the creamy foam or powder or flowers on top. Service at the Bedok Mall outlet is certainly good! Keep it up!
