Visited the Bedok Mall Starbucks branch today and was thoroughly disappointed by staff member Nizam's behavior. While we were still ordering, he seemed impatient and skipped our order to attend to other customers. When we tried to ask questions, he raised his hand to silence us without even making eye contact.
This behavior was unacceptable, especially given Starbucks' reputation for friendly service. It's clear this staff member needs customer service training. If you're not happy or having a bad day, perhaps it's best to take a break rather than passing on negative vibes to customers.

Pleasantly surprised by the warm and friendly service provided by Yati. Despite my several special drink requests, she handled everything with patience and a smile, making the entire ordering and collection process smooth and genuinely enjoyable.
Unlike some experiences at other outlets where service staff can seem unapproachable, Yati stood out with her positive attitude and attentiveness. It was a refreshing experience and truly brightened my day.

WORST SERVICE!
I frequent Starbucks, but I have never experienced such bad service at this branch. They are really excellent at being:
- SLOW
- RUDE
- UNATTENTIVE
Especially Maricel and Le. It was a nightmare.
They need to do something. They are tarnishing the global brand's image.

This is always my go-to Starbucks; their service is always very fast, even when it's crowded. The staff there is very patient and attentive. Everything is neat and tidy.
The atmosphere is a bit squeezy; sadly, there are not enough seats. Every time I go, it's always crowded, like peak hour.
Drinks are made quickly and are consistently good. All special requests I ask for are always right; they never make any mistakes. Tiramisu cake is lovely, and the pies are good and hot too. They oven or microwave them just at the right time. Perfect.
