I didn't check my items before I left their store. Once I reached home, I found out that I'm missing 1 item. I've tried to call them 20+ times now, but the line is always engaged!! Hopefully I can still collect my missing item tomorrow.

Just bought 2 rice cleansers from the Bedok Mall branch this morning. The lady working today, who wears specs (I forgot to check her name with her, but I think she's called Bowie, as I checked the receipt :)), is very, very nice and provided good service. I initially only wanted to get rice cleansers, but ended up getting so many masks too, even though I have no need for them because I still have so many! Thank you so much! Happy with her service and with what I bought!

The shop staff is so annoying. They follow you around like a vulture, recommend this and that, and tell you about a sale. Hello, I have eyes, I can see for myself, right? Please, lah. Don't do this kind of "helpful" sales assistant behavior. It's irritating. My friend and I gave up and walked out.
