Good mattresses, good bed frames, and an overall good quality product! They just need to improve their after-sales service. We booked in June and were notified it would be delivered by the end of November, but it wasn't delivered on time. We only received everything in December. This was the part we found disappointing. A proper communication team should work on this to continue building better prospects for the company. We are supporting SG products, so quality and efficiency should be paramount.
