Good mattresses, good bed frames, and good quality product! Just need to improve the quality of after-sale services. We booked in June and were notified for delivery by the end of November, but it was not delivered on time. We only received everything in December. This was the part we found disappointing. A proper communication team should work on this to continue building better prospects for the company. We are supporting SG products, so quality and efficiency should be higher.
