Disappointing. Fries were overcooked; they were as hard as rock. Even the fork was difficult to penetrate the fries. The fish were overfried too, very hard. Salmon was also over-grilled. For a total of $38, it was a great disappointment. And, oh yes, the chairs are without backrests; can't sit very relaxingly. Sad.

Expensive, with a meagre portion. Totally not worth the price. I ordered a lamb chop main course, and it came with 2 very small pieces of tough meat. The meat was only as big as the fork. Even the sides had way bigger portions than the lamb chops. A main course is called a main course for a reason. When the main is smaller than its sides, it's not a main anymore. $20 just for the "sides/appetisers" is totally not worth it. I have never been anywhere where it costs so much yet offers such a stingy portion.

Kudos to Reymar, Ann, Chef Ledster, and Chef JM. All need some recognition for a job well done. The lamb cuts were grilled to perfection, and everything we ordered, from truffle fries to the special seafood combo, was cooked perfectly! We weren't even burping after we had their food, meaning the food was absolutely great quality! Thanks again, guys! 💚"

This outlet is not very crowded and good for chilling and chatting. Food portion was really huge and tasted okay. Sadly, I had to deduct one star for the miscommunication over the usage of vouchers. I had two vouchers to use: the free soup and drink, and a $10 voucher. While I kind of expected I could probably only use one of them, I checked with the staff to confirm, and surprisingly, she said it was okay. So, we used the soup set first, and when I was about to pay and use the other voucher, another staff member said I couldn't use it. It was quite disappointing because I checked earlier, and if I had known, I would have just used the $10 voucher. So, I guess I have to go back again? Hopefully, the next visit will be worth five stars!

He offered a more comfortable chair for my mum when he observed her difficulty in walking. The food is nice overall. My favourite is the pork ribs.

I truly love the quality and very affordable pricing at Hot Tomato. I also love this branch, as the staff were incredibly friendly and always provided service with a smile. Kudos to Reymar, Ann, Chef Ledster, and Chef JM; they all need some recognition for a job well done.
