My father went down to ask for help, but all the staff ignored him and didn't bother to give him a helping hand. He had difficulty trying to understand the plan as he wanted to ask if he could change the plan or renew it, and none of them helped him out! Horrible service from the staff. Hope they can improve on this and at least help an elderly person who is asking for help.

Disappointing Service at Singtel Exclusive Retail at Bedok Mall I had a poor experience at the Singtel Exclusive Retail shop in Bedok Mall. The staff were unhelpful, especially towards a senior who needed assistance. They were impatient and their explanations were unclear, making it extremely difficult to understand the information provided. I expected better service and more patience, especially when dealing with older customers. This was a frustrating and disappointing visit.

He took the time to explain my existing mobile plan, answer my questions, and made sure I found the perfect phone for my needs. I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent service provided by Jecht. Despite issues with the courier service, who failed to contact me in advance and then canceled the delivery after agreeing to reschedule, Jecht went above and beyond to follow up on the matter and ensure I received my phone. This extra effort truly exceeded expectations. However, I would recommend that Singtel reconsider the courier service used, as their delivery process lacked consideration and professionalism.
