I had an unpleasant experience at the Apple Strudel counter in Bedok Mall. The service was extremely slow, and the attendant provided poor customer service. Additionally, they didn’t have change available, which caused further inconvenience. I hope this feedback helps improve the service quality at the outlet.

Great service from the young man and lady. Thanks to them, I was able to get my order sorted out. Thanks again for everything. They are very polite and hardworking.
I wrote to their customer service email three times and didn't even get a reply. The customer service from their sales team is totally nonexistent. I suggest closing that department down. Their sales website could also be improved.

Superb, tasty texture that’s creamy inside and has an oozing filling is sufficient for simple cravings.

Not really a strudel in the traditional sense—it’s full of whipped cream and sickly sweet. At $19 it was overpriced, but I don’t think I’d want it again even if it were free…

It's been a long time since I've eaten Apple Strudel (I last recalled having it in the early 2000s). I finally purchased the half-size today, which was about a foot long. It had a generous serving of chunky apple dices and cream. The skin was crispy and it wasn't too sweet – just right. I can't quite recall the previous taste, but I must say it's really filling. I recommend using a fork and spoon so you can scoop up the flakes and apple chunks, as it's truly like a palm-sized apple pie in its generous filling!
