The worst customer service I have ever experienced at OSIM. If you’re looking for a wellness store, do not come here, and do not look for Jia Qi. I understand that he was serving another customer at the time, but there was no acknowledgement whatsoever—not even a "Give me a moment, please take a seat and I’ll be with you" or "Could you come back in a bit?" This went on for 20 minutes. You would think we would get some kind of an apology after that, but we got squat. To top it off, his lack of product knowledge was appalling, not to mention the fact that I could barely understand his English.
