The worst customer service I have ever experienced at OSIM. If you’re looking for a wellness store, do not come here, and do not look for Jia Qi. I understand that he was serving another customer at the time, but there was no acknowledgement whatsoever—not even a "Give me a moment, please take a seat and I’ll be with you" or "Could you come back in a bit?" This went on for 20 minutes. You would think we would get some kind of an apology after that, but we got squat. To top it off, his lack of product knowledge was appalling, not to mention the fact that I could barely understand his English.

I bought the Invisible Leg Massage Chair, which includes the uPhoria Sync Leg Massager and a back massage function. Thomas was really friendly and helpful with recommendations and insights for the product. He was very attentive to my needs, and I appreciated that the physical store's promotions and flexible payment options were better than online. He also kindly offered to help me carry my items over to my Grab pickup point and load them up onto my Grab car. His service was very good, and he was very patient.
