The dishes were not even close to my expectations. We ordered 鰻魚飯, which was just 4 pieces for 13 dollars. The udon was okay, very chewy and tasty, but still cost 7 dollars. It felt like a fast Japanese food restaurant, and it wasn't worth it at this price. The environment was acceptable, though some 雜物 were just left on the table.

At lunchtime, there was only one customer dining at this outlet.
I went ahead and ordered my lunch, as it was my first time patronizing this brand and outlet.
I realized:
1. Instructions on the menu aren't easy to read, especially the part about adding $2 for chawamushi or braised eggs and tea.
2. Customer service is also missing. The service staff communicated as if telling me, "what you see is what you get," and didn't bother to elaborate further to customers like me. I had already made the payment but was unsure of the order details when receiving my food items.
3. The staff needs to be re-trained or go for CS training.
I will not consider coming back, as the taste of the food was just average.

They did not communicate clearly or bother to elaborate further, even when I, having already paid, was unsure about my order details upon receiving my food items.
3. The staff need retraining or customer service (CS) training.
I will not consider coming back, as the taste of the food was just average.

Small cafe with only 4 tables, seating 16 pax, and a side table for an additional 3 to 4 pax. It is non-halal, thus serving pork dishes. They also serve sushi at 50% off if you buy more than $6. They serve nice Unagi Bowl and Ramen. They also have sets for drinks and a side. Payment options, from cash to credit cards, are available. Takeaway costs an additional 30 cents for each item.

This will always be our go-to place when we're craving Gyu Don, Ramen, or Sushi.
I'm in love with the daily 20% off sushi after a certain time. Who doesn't love discounted items?
Food has always been consistent throughout the years.
