I booked an appointment for today at 8 pm, but reception was stunned when I arrived. I wasn't informed that the dentist had an urgent matter. I received a call in the morning asking if I was able to make it at 3:30 pm or 6 pm. However, I was unable to make it due to work. Staff said they would get back to me, but I didn't receive any call. I called them at 5 pm, but there was no response. It was a wasted trip and time. I will not be coming to this outlet anymore.

Very satisfied with the visit. Dr. Mah is very meticulous and professional towards her patients. She kept comforting me and explained the process thoroughly. She was very gentle with the process too, as she kept asking if my teeth felt sensitive and tried to avoid all the sensitive areas. She provided several solutions and did not force me to take the most expensive treatment.

I was tended to by Dr. Timothy for my tooth filling procedure. Dr. Timothy was knowledgeable, meticulous, and patient as he explained my 101 queries. The clinic also exudes a sense of homeliness as the staff are courteous and warm. A recommended place to get all your orthodontic needs taken care of.
