Very satisfied with the visit. Dr. Mah is very meticulous and professional towards her patients. She kept comforting me and explained the process thoroughly. She was very gentle with the process too, as she kept asking if my teeth felt sensitive and tried to avoid all the sensitive areas. She provided several solutions and did not force me to take the most expensive treatment.

I booked an appointment for today at 8 pm, but reception was stunned when I arrived. I wasn't informed that the dentist had an urgent matter. I received a call in the morning asking if I was able to make it at 3:30 pm or 6 pm. However, I was unable to make it due to work. Staff said they would get back to me, but I didn't receive any call. I called them at 5 pm, but there was no response. It was a wasted trip and time. I will not be coming to this outlet anymore.
