Today, I am very impressed and grateful for Monica's beyond extraordinary service at iStudio, Bedok Mall. I arrived in the afternoon, approaching her; she had a great, welcoming smile behind the counter. I arrived to trade in my iPhone 14, Apple Watch, and iPad mini. She followed through with me for my data transfer to the new iPhone 16 Pro until closing hours (around 9:15 PM), and even after her shift, which actually ends at 6:30 PM. I felt deeply grateful for and appreciated her selfless service, offered with a happy disposition. I will call myself blessed to have been served by her and to have gotten to know her in a few short hours. Now I understand why many of her customers have repeatedly come back to her outlet: she provides assurance that everything is in her good hands!

Bought iPhone 16 for my wife on her birthday, and Gary helped me. He also recommended a clear MagSafe case (with screen protector) which was on offer. Gary even told me to bring the phone home first so my wife could do the unboxing, and offered to install the screen protector and casing for free on another day. Good service! Keep it up!

Yesterday, I visited iStudio at Bedok Mall to trade in my iPhone 13 Pro Max. While waiting for the process, I witnessed an interaction between your staff member Monica and a highly unreasonable customer. I was deeply impressed by Monica’s professionalism and ability to handle the situation calmly.
The customer, having already waited a considerable amount of time, grew visibly impatient. When the trade-in price was finally confirmed, they made an unusual request—to take the new phone home and return the next day to complete the trade-in. Monica handled the situation with poise, clearly explaining why this was not feasible and proposing alternative solutions. Despite technical reasons ultimately preventing the trade-in from being completed, Monica maintained her professionalism and worked diligently to address the issue.
