Today, I am very impressed and grateful for Monica's beyond extraordinary service at Bedok Mall, iStudio. When I arrived in the afternoon, I approached her, and she had a great welcoming smile behind the counter. I arrived to trade in my iPhone 14, Apple Watch, and iPad mini. She assisted me with my data transfer to the new iPhone 16 Pro until closing hours (around 9:15 PM), well after her shift, which actually ends at 6:30 PM. I felt deeply grateful and appreciated her selfless service with a happy disposition. I consider myself blessed to have been helped by her and to get to know her in just a few hours. Now I understand why many of her customers have repeatedly come back to her outlet: she assures them that everything is in her good hands!

Visited on 21/2 to upgrade my iPhone. Exceptional service was provided by the staff! They were super friendly, explained all the details about trade-in to me, and assisted in transferring all the data to the new phone.

I bought an iPhone 16 for my wife on her birthday, and Gary assisted me. He also recommended a clear MagSafe case (with screen protector) which was on offer. Gary even told me to bring the phone home first so my wife could do the unboxing, and to come back another day so he could install the screen protector and casing for free. Good service. Keep it up!

When the trade-in price was finally confirmed, they made an unusual request—to take the new phone home and return the next day to complete the trade-in. Monica handled the situation with poise, clearly explaining why this was not feasible and proposing alternative solutions. Even though technical reasons ultimately prevented the trade-in from being completed, Monica maintained her professionalism and worked diligently to address the issue. As a customer, I truly admire Monica’s service and dedication. She not only resolved challenges calmly but also upheld the professional image of your brand.
