I was ignored. By the time I got anybody's attention, I lost interest in buying. The half-baked colour swatching also didn't help at all. Won't be back.

Worst service staff ever, complaining about customers in front of other customers. Had to ask for a bag after my purchase. Staff screamed across the shop to another staff member about not buying her bubble tea. Thanks for ruining the Innisfree brand for me and many others.

Here's the edited review: "I'm someone who really loves skincare, especially from Korea. The employees are really nice. If you have any questions, you can ask them. Their face masks are super affordable and good quality. As for concealer, there are only three shades. It's light for me, so do try it out on yourself before buying. Their products are all really good. My number one favorite place in Bedok Mall!"

Yesterday, I went to buy the Bija Cica Balm kit after seeing the mini travel kit online. The employee spoke rudely when I asked questions about the product. I felt she had no interest in answering me since I was Indian. She was speaking nicely to other Singaporeans. I felt it was a racial experience for the first time in Singapore.

I love Korean skincare and am a fan of Innisfree. It's great that they have an outlet here. It's really convenient, and it's one of the outlets I usually go to. Staff are really helpful and friendly. Occasionally, when the shop is a little crowded, I notice the staff usually serve the female customers first. I'm not sure if it's because I'm a guy and it's weird for a guy to be shopping for skincare. But I don't really care or mind, as I'm quite familiar with Innisfree and roughly know what I need to get. Skincare and cosmetics are affordable and of good quality.
