Was ignored. By the time I got anybody's attention, I lost interest in buying. The half baked colour swatching also didn't help at all. Won't be back.

The worst service staff ever. They were complaining about customers in front of other customers. I had to ask for a bag after my purchase. A staff member screamed across the shop to another staff member about not buying her bubble tea. Thanks for ruining the Innisfree brand for me and many others.

I went yesterday to buy the Bija Cica Balm kit after seeing the mini travel kit online. The employee spoke rudely when I asked questions about the product. I felt she had no interest in answering me since I was Indian. She was speaking nicely to other Singaporeans. I felt this was a racial experience for the first time in Singapore.

This store is for someone who really loves skincare, especially from Korea itself. The employees are really nice; if you have any questions, you can ask them. Their face masks are super affordable and good quality. As for concealer, there are only three shades. It's light for me, so do try it out on yourself before buying. Their products are all really good. My number one most favourite place in Bedok Mall!

I love Korean skincare and am a fan of Innisfree. It's great that they have an outlet here. It's really convenient, and this is one of the outlets I usually go to. The staff are really helpful and friendly. Occasionally, when the shop is a little crowded, I notice the staff usually serve the female customers first. I'm not sure if it's because I'm a guy and it's weird for a guy to be shopping for skincare. But I don't really care or mind, as I'm quite familiar with Innisfree and roughly know what I need. Skincare and cosmetics are affordable and of good quality.
