It's not easy to settle on a pair of insoles for the elderly, choose from a range of good-looking shoes, and find them at reasonable prices. This shop ticks all 3 boxes for me, plus the staff were super helpful in attending to us. It's a Singaporean brand manufactured in China.

"I personally feel that this shop provides the best insoles compared to other insole shops at Bedok Mall. The feel is totally different. The others feel more like MLM companies trying to push their products, but I am impressed with Happy Walker. I have difficulty walking for long hours and am suffering from severe flat feet. I also have difficulty buying shoes in size 13. Helen offered the best advice for my severe flat feet. I wouldn't have spent close to 1K just for insoles and a new pair of shoes for my large feet. Helen has four years of experience in this trade and is an asset to Happy Walker. Thank you, Helen, for your exceptional and professional service."

The insoles and care instructions are helpful; I will update if anything goes wrong. In my opinion, the price is steep just for a 3D printed insole and laser scanning to analyze foot structure. There is a 1-year warranty, and they provide a service to replace the leather part of the insole (for a fee) if it starts to peel due to wear. Polly’s service was average at best.
We came looking for high arch insoles. They provided us with two options: a pre-made one for $90 or a custom one for $390. We decided on the custom ones as the pre-made one did not seem to have high enough arch/support. They scanned both feet and were able to give us the custom insoles the next day. Polly was the staff member assisting us. Contrary to other reviews, I thought she was average at best. I appreciated that she was not pushy in selling the item, but she was also generally impatient in explaining and unable to answer our questions, which were crucial given the high price. This was likely due to miscommunication (probably because I did not speak Chinese). Even though we were left with questions, we still ordered the custom insoles because the alternative store (Dr J) seemed worse.
Update after 1 month: The insoles are great so far. Changing my rating from 3 to 4 stars.
