Not worth it. It's so rigged. I moved a bunny bag all over the machine, but the claw never brought it out. That pink bag started in the back of the machine, and the claw dropped it all around the hole but never in the hole. 12 tokens.

There are chances to win the plush, but the odds of losing are way higher. After spending about $30, the claws were still massaging the plush.
A happy, fun mood quickly turned into an unhappy, unfun one. To make matters worse, no staff was around to facilitate.
Do encourage friends just to play at Play United.

As usual, Funclaw is the same everywhere, whichever outlet you go to. You will still win in the end, but it will cost you a bomb. You'd better not waste your money here. It's really not worth spending on. If you really want toys or keychains, buy them online or from shops where you can buy more than what you get here.

Of all claw machine providers, Fun Claw has the cutest plushies, but the worst customer service ever. I was at Bedok Mall where the staff happened to be around, emptying out the machines and rearranging the toys. I saw something I liked that happened to be in a good position. I spent more than $20 and ended up manipulating the toy into a worse-than-ever position. I asked the staff if she would be able to rearrange the item a little so that it wasn’t so stuck, and she gave me a disgusted look and said, "No, I already arranged it." Fun Claw really does not prioritize the customer play experience. They’re just interested in the bottom line. You’ll get a better play experience at all the other play companies like CPCM or even Timezone.

The machines need to be maintained regularly. Most, if not all of the claws, are purposely made loose. If management of these claw machines continues to operate such machines, it will receive one star, and players are paying to use them in the shopping malls without getting anything in return.
