The staff, Wang Yi Fei, was unfriendly and showed such an attitude. Since I am a member with them and accumulated points, when I wanted to redeem my points, that lady didn't allow it and asked me to use it "next time." Also, I called the store multiple times, but no one was there to pick up. So, my question is, what is the point of having the phone number on the website?

Senior staff Wang Yifei was friendly at the beginning but became unhappy when I decided not to buy what she recommended, as I felt it was not suitable for my boy. After that, she put on a sullen face for the rest of her interaction with me. And when I enquired about the ioniser, she frowned at me and answered me impatiently. I had wanted to make a purchase, but her sullen face and bad attitude pissed me off, so I went out of the stall immediately. Terrible attitude!

Very bad service and attitude from the staff Wang Yifei. I wonder how she is even a senior in the store, as even the part-timers have a better attitude than her.
We ordered the maternity herbs and wanted them delivered closer to our EDD, but she didn't even know about this delivery process and wanted us to hand-carry the whole set immediately. I took over the conversation and asked Wang if delivery was possible and if a top-up was required. The problem was solved immediately, so I didn't understand what she was fussing about. She mentioned that if we didn't call to arrange the delivery, the goods would stay in the store and it wouldn't affect her.
She had a very 'black face' and negative body language. We were calm and collected while talking to her throughout, but she was using an aggressive tone. This was a stark contrast to the staff members I had encountered at Serangoon Nex.
