The staff, Wang Yi Fei, was unfriendly and showed such an attitude. Since I am a member with them and had accumulated points, when I wanted to redeem my points, that lady didn't allow it and asked me to use it "next time." Also, I called the store multiple times, but no one was there to pick up. So, my question is, what is the point of having the telephone number on the website?

Senior staff Wang Yifei was friendly at the beginning but became unhappy when I decided not to buy what she recommended, as I felt it was not suitable for my boy. After that, she put on a sullen face for the rest of her interaction with me. And when I enquired about the ioniser, she frowned at me and answered me impatiently. I had wanted to make a purchase, but her sullen face and bad attitude pissed me off, so I left the stall immediately. Terrible attitude!
