There is no DHL in Bedok Mall. But you can get DHL service at Fairprice in Bedok South Ave 1, near Esso (postal code 469335), within walking distance from Bedok Mall.

Early in the morning, my blood boiled. I went to buy a pack of cigarettes, and your cashier asked me for my NRIC. Are you out of your mind? If it's students or young people, I'm fine with that, but not me! And when I asked why, she rolled her eyes. This is the first time in my life cashiers have asked for my NRIC. From what I know, no one is allowed to ask for NRICs starting from September. Why is Cheers still doing it?

I went to drop off a package with a prepaid shipping label. The counter lady, named Joyce, insisted that they do not accept them, and that a separate payment was required. With such a poor understanding of the delivery process, it is no wonder I read horrible ratings on Google. I regretted visiting.
I switched to T.GO Express, located at Tampines MRT, and got it done in less than five minutes without any hassle.
