The American/Italian staff was rude, obnoxious, and arrogant. It wasn't friendly nor helpful, constantly pushing sales, deals, and memberships. Never again will I buy from this place if the staff is so poorly trained and arrogant like that. Ang Mo staff needs to go back to HQ and do some basic training.
Lousy service, zero stars if possible.

Amazing service! I bought tenderloin for my 7-month-old for BLW, and the staff even vacuum-packed it for me, which is wonderful for preventing contamination and ensuring freshness for storage. I will definitely come back to get meats from here for him, as they are also hormone-free! 😍

Bought a piece of pancetta on 13 Dec 2024 at 7:01 PM. When I reached home and opened the packaging around 15 minutes later, there was a rancid smell, and the bottom of the meat was slimy.
Initially, I thought it might have been the usual pancetta smell, so I fried it for 10 minutes. Alas, the rancid smell was still there after cooking, and it tasted gross as well. The meat was spoilt, and it was supposed to have a use-by date of 20 Dec 2024.
This definitely ruined my dinner. This will be my first and last time patronising this store.

Spent over $40 today at Cut Butchery Bedok Mall. I was asked if I had a membership, as members receive a 10% discount during their birthday month.
I keyed in my girlfriend's number and provided her full details to the staff but was still denied the 10% off.
I was told that she had to be here in person.
I told the staff that we always shop for meats together and it was unnecessary to create two accounts.
Not a very smart policy. Inflexible and senseless.

It’s always a pleasure to order from Cutbutchery. We love the freshness and quality of the meats and salmon. The staff at Cutbutchery Bedok, especially, have been helping me for years. Special thanks to Rinat and Jeffrey and the rest in Bedok. They always ensure my delivery is on time, with all the special arrangements that I need (e.g., vacuum packing, portioning, etc.). I have been buying meats and salmon from other butcheries, but I prefer Cutbutchery. Everything is perfect, and the salmon is really very good and soft. They also have express delivery within a few hours directly to our house, with proper packaging. I am very satisfied with the quality of meats and the level of service and professionalism that the store provided.
