I recently bought a powerbank and portable fan on 8th September 2023. Firstly, a lot of the colors available for the powerbank weren't in stock. Furthermore, the staff on that day was so reluctant to help me find where the powerbanks were located. When I was paying for the items at the cashier, the staff on duty did not even brief me about the no exchange/refund policy. Lastly, both the fan and the powerbank ended up not working.
