After a hectic day at work, I visited this place to inquire about power banks. I was very pleased and satisfied with the service I received from your employee, Melissa. She clearly elaborated and gave me the confidence to purchase the power bank of my choice. Kudos! Keep up the great work!

I purchased a neck fan from Melissa. She was very polite and helpful. She was very patient with showing me the products, as well as the various payment options available. Great service from her.

I recently bought a powerbank and portable fan on 8th September 2023. Firstly, a lot of the colours available for the powerbank weren’t in stock. Furthermore, the staff on that day was so reluctant to help me find where the powerbanks were located. And when I was paying for the items at the cashier, the staff on duty did not even brief me about the no exchange/refund policy… Lastly, both the fan and the powerbank ended up not even working…
