Your branch at Bedok Mall is the first ever bank teller I have experienced with a 'cannot-be-bothered' attitude. No smile, no greetings! I was looking for Counter 3, but your signage looked quite misleading. Being the only customer standing there, she couldn't be bothered to reach out to me. I sat at her counter for a good 1-2 minutes; she didn't acknowledge me, carrying on with her checks on paper as if I were invisible. Then I gave her my NRIC; she did what she needed to and gave me instructions as if she were not interested in doing this any longer. Not a single 'thank you,' so I felt I didn't need to be nice to such service staff either. As if I am there to feel her attitude. Honestly, not fit to be in the service line.
