I was served by Jennifer. She's very knowledgeable, patient, and approachable! The products here are cheap and not too expensive compared to those in Japan. Some of the products are more expensive in Japan and out of stock when I'm there, so I'm glad to be able to buy them here.

I was attended to by the only cashier, an elderly woman, who was trying to be helpful but moving very slowly. She did not know how to scan some offer items correctly and had to get help from a nearby colleague. I had to pack my own items into the plastic bag. A queue had started to form. Another staff member walked past, ignoring her need for help, and went straight into the store. A younger male colleague came over, looking pissed at being called for help, and quickly keyed in the codes for ONE of the items. He refused to help her with the rest, ignored HER and ME (the customer WHO HAD BEEN WAITING TO PAY), and then started serving another customer. The elderly lady was helplessly waiting for him to show her again, WHILE I WAITED SOME MORE. He continued to ignore her and the fact that I was standing at the counter, just waiting to get my stuff and go. Needless to say, I walked out without the items because of the DISRESPECT I had to endure, simply because your staff were not happy with each other. WELCIA, please train your staff properly. Elderly staff members need more time to learn and should be surrounded by patient colleagues. RETRAIN your other two male staff members. I believe the one who walked past without helping AT ALL was a manager. They SHOULD NOT TAKE THEIR DISPLEASURE with a needy colleague OUT ON A CUSTOMER.
