So far, so good. It has been my sixth session with them. They recommend additional treatments, but fortunately, they are not pushy. The sales team knows when to take no as an answer. They provided me with a complimentary eye treatment after Fotona today. Honestly, if it had been sold together or provided complimentarily with Fotona as a package from the start, it would have been better, as after Fotona treatment, the skin around the eye area can feel very dry and gritty. I have not yet seen any obvious improvement in my eye area, though. Will update again after nine more sessions.

I had a sudden outbreak of acne a few months ago, and I was starting to get worried as it hadn't fully recovered. Living nearby, I happened upon this facial clinic and decided to trust the professionals. To be honest, I was quite anxious about the visit; I didn't know what to expect. Thankfully, Jojo was the main staff member assisting me, and she made me feel less tense. Jojo's outstanding service at the facial clinic was marked by her extensive expertise in skincare, evident in her ability to assess individual skin types and recommend personalized treatments. Her warm and attentive demeanor created a welcoming atmosphere, making me feel comfortable as she cared for me throughout the entire service. I arrived at 1 PM for my appointment and was quickly asked some basic questions, since it was my first visit. The waiting area was stocked with sweets, biscuits, and bottles of water. I thought it would have been even better if a bottle of water had been personally offered at the entrance during the warm welcome and ushering. Within the next 30 minutes, I was escorted to a relaxing room while Jojo cleaned my face, took some facial pictures, and numbed it for the doctor's consultation. She also took this opportunity to clear some of my doubts and assure me that everything would be fine. At 2 PM, I moved to another room where the doctor explained my skin condition to me. If I'm not mistaken, his name was Dr. Danial. Dr. Danial provided clear and concise instructions as my doctor, explaining the intricacies of my facial condition in a straightforward manner. His communication left no room for confusion, ensuring I fully understood the treatment plan and how to maintain optimal skincare for my condition. He even went beyond, drawing out the plan for me and recommending some mid-range priced facial products that I could purchase elsewhere. He was quite impressive, I must say. After the consultation, I underwent my first ever Pico and Carbon treatment, and it wasn't even painful. I had scared myself for no reason. All thanks to the skill of Dr. Danial and the warm care Jojo provided. I gave a 4 out of 5 stars because I felt that the clinic's processes could be improved slightly. Don't get me wrong; I had a good first-time experience, but I sincerely want to see the clinic do even better as I am now a patient of theirs. Having worked at Singapore Airlines, I believe there is no limit to how good a service can be. There is always room to exceed customers' expectations. Some suggestions: 1. It would be nice to be greeted by salutation and name (if they already know the name from the booking), personally ushered to a seat, and offered a bottle of water from the start. 2. When discussing personal questions or payment matters, it would be best to do so in a private room. 3. It would definitely be helpful to have a summarized menu that includes all the packages and treatment price plans, as well as modes of payment, including QR codes. 4. Prior to treatment, it is important for a staff member to conduct a comprehensive discussion with the patient in a separate area. During this interaction, the staff can provide a thorough explanation of the treatment and ensure the patient fully comprehends and agrees to the terms and conditions. Additionally, the patient should be given ample time and privacy to review the terms and conditions before affixing their signature. Nonetheless, I am eagerly anticipating my upcoming visit and have complete confidence in the expertise and attentive care of Dr. Danial and Jojo.

Do not fall for the $48 Pico laser session. It is a waste of time. They are only doing it to get you in to buy more sessions. They use the most gentle setting. It does absolutely nothing; it is a waste of numbing cream. They only want to sell you more, and I’m assuming whenever you do actually get more sessions, they will keep using a low setting so that your results come very slowly and you buy more sessions. Rather than just providing a top-quality service upfront. As a business, I recommend that you have the client pick one spot on their face and remove it, which would be more effective than just wasting numbing cream and then sitting there acting like you’re doing something with the laser when we both know you’re not doing anything. Even if I did decide to do Pico laser, I would pick someplace with more integrity and honesty. I have a friend who did one session and had results. Even offer the session at $80 or $100, at least something people don't want to waste their time on. She literally barely ran it across my face. If you value your time, just go to a reputable clinic and pay for them to actually use the correct settings.

I visited the Bedok outlet for my skin tag and pigmentation issues. Carrine and Melody are very friendly and welcoming. After a few sessions, I could see a significant difference in my skin, and my skin texture has improved. Will continue with the Pico laser treatment monthly!

Came here for pico laser treatment: great experience! Dr. Daniel and Carrine were super knowledgeable and patient. Saw visible improvements in a few sessions. Will definitely continue!
