My experience at the Bedok Mall outlet was awesome! The staff were polite, friendly, and professional. They were not overly pushy and were sincere when serving my grandmother and me. Because of the great customer service and shopping experience, I eventually decided to purchase a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses in store instead of online, even though it might be cheaper online. Keep up the good work!

Always a wonderful experience with their service, ever since I bought my first pair of contact lenses and glasses at their shops in 2019. Today, I purchased again, but this time at Spectacle Hut, Bedok Mall. I would like to greatly acknowledge the service of Dr. Annabella and Anjie. They went the extra mile by assessing my present glasses (cleaning, screwing, and tightening – things I didn't even notice), explaining clearly the changes to my sight, telling me about packages they have, giving me payment options, and sharing their experience. As an overseas worker, communication is key, and they showed it.
