Spectacle Hut Bedok Mall

My experience at Bedok Mall outlet was awesome! The staff were polite, friendly, and professional. They were not overly pushy and were sincere in their service to me and my grandmother. Because of the great customer service and shopping experience, I eventually decided to purchase a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses in store instead of online, even though online might be cheaper. Keep up the good work! :)

Always a wonderful experience with their service ever since I bought my first pair of contact lenses and glasses at their shops in 2019. Today, I purchased again, but this time at Spectacle Hut, Bedok Mall. I would like to greatly acknowledge the service of Dr. Annabella and Anjie. They went the extra mile by assessing my present glasses (cleaning, screwing, tightening, which I didn't even notice), explaining clearly the changes in my sight, telling me about packages they have, giving me payment options, and sharing their experience. As an overseas worker, communication is key, and they showed it. I highly recommend visiting Spectacle Hut and getting your eyes checked by them, and maybe getting a pair or two of contacts or glasses. They won't disappoint. I will be coming back again. I bought my contacts for the first time at this outlet. Ms. Annabella was very patient, friendly, and professional in guiding me on how to put on the contacts. Daniel was also helpful in giving tips. Both staff members sat down with me for hours to ensure that I was able to wear and take out my contacts. I would recommend them due to the superb service and staff!

I have been with Jarell for many years. This time, I went to the Bedok branch and got my new pair of sunglasses. As usual, his service is outstanding; he chose the perfect pair of sunglasses to fit my sport use. Lastly, the new store at Level 1 looks gorgeous! Highly recommended!

He understands the best type of frame for a person's face. He helped me with the difficult decision of which frame to choose. He also introduced me to the benefits of Lens Cleaner and taught me how to clean my glasses. Finally, I got two new awesome pairs of glasses and a Lens Cleaner. I will definitely come back.
