What is the intention behind your company offering a complimentary birthday facial to its customers? While this gesture is appreciated, it seems counterproductive if the staff cannot handle such services with a positive and professional attitude simply because it is complimentary or commission-free. My experience today with your staff member, Alice, was extremely disappointing. Her demeanor throughout the session made it clear that she was not happy or willing to perform the facial. She handled my face roughly and spoke in an unfriendly, dismissive tone. For example, when applying the softener before extracting pimples, she rubbed it all over, including directly into my eyes, which caused pain and discomfort. This was very unprofessional. After the session, I pointed out that one of the pimples was not fully cleaned and might become infected. Her response was dismissive and unfriendly, saying, “Oh, it is. 是meh?” instead of trying to understand and assist with it. She also left white patches of unclean residue on my eye area. If offering a free service results in poor treatment and leaves clients feeling upset, it may be better not to provide it at all. A bad experience during what should be a thoughtful gesture ends up reflecting poorly on your brand and leaves customers with a negative impression. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and leads to an improvement in service quality and staff training. Please also inform your Bedok manager and staff that there is no need to upsell any additional packages to me. I will complete the remainder of my existing package, but I do not intend to renew or continue after that.
