This thrift store is a hidden gem! It has a great selection of clothes at amazing prices. Everything is well-organized, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The quality of the items is impressive, and shopping here feels like a fun treasure hunt. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I went to purchase a dress last Sunday, 15 June 2025, at 5:58 PM. A Malay staff member was at the counter, using her phone even when I was already standing there. “Closed one eye.” I told her that I was a member and gave her my number. Usually, right after payment, I would receive an email and a message about the points I gained. But that day, I did not receive any email or message, so I went back to the counter and asked the staff about it. “Oh, I’ll help you add in the points now…” was all she said. No apology, nothing. Pissed me off, I told her, “Then what’s the point of me giving you my number?” “I’ll help you add in your points now, lah,” was what she replied. And still no apology from her. I asked for her name. She replied, “Why?” I said, “Because you’re rude and I want to complain about you.” Then both the Indian staff member and she looked at me. Super lousy and unprofessional. Staff doesn't seem to give a damn at all. Both looked so damn untrained. Giving me the feeling that Refash just hired people to look after the shop, and that’s it. That’s not the worst. What’s worse was, I purchased a $19.90 dress, but I only earned 16 points ($16). They can even add points incorrectly. Through this encounter, I don’t know how many customers didn’t get their points (given that the staff only added my points after I asked). I went to file a complaint, but the way things were being handled was very disappointing as well. Refash said they are not able to disclose staff names due to privacy. What if my feedback had been positive? I bet they would be more than happy to provide me with the staff member's name. Not only are staff not being trained, but the company should also provide some refresher training for both management and onsite staff. Lousy 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Anyway, they added 3 points to my account. Lol. I can’t say for other outlets, but patronize this Bedok outlet at your own risk. Please check their 1-star reviews. The outlet is great! I always drop my clothes at Refash and get great prices on new ones. Thrifting here is very clean and good.

A great idea offering great opportunities, with sustainability at its core. Reselling clothes is a common practice, but having stores all over SG under one brand name is definitely not new. Starting out with women's clothing, they are now expanding to include men's wear. They offer clothes from various brands, complemented by their own branding, making it a unique place. Their strategy is also simple: three-tier pricing makes it really easy to pay for what you're buying. As a consumer, as long as the walkways don't feel congested, it's a good experience. So for those who have yet to see what they offer, go on down and check them out! Room for Improvement. At the same time, we feel that the clothes could be better arranged. Perhaps by color and type, clearly indicated. This would help speed up the shopping process. As more people are attracted to the shop, it will become more crowded during weekends.

Rude staff. The girl in yellow spoke to my sister and me very rudely, with accompanying facial expressions. Another staff member in black then accused me of wearing a skirt from the rack.
