I noticed that the taro balls are so much thinner and smaller than at other branches like Jewel, PL Sq, and Tampines. I like Nine Fresh but will get it from other branches.

Went happily to buy dessert but met an aunty with such impatient service. There was no queue at all, yet she was so, SO impatient. She wouldn't let me decide for even a minute what toppings I wanted to add. She emphasized that I should decide properly, stating, "later she keyed in order already," as if needing to change toppings was such a trouble to her. Regarding member redemption, she also said, "you have to tell her beforehand, because she already keyed in," looking and talking very annoyed.
Tell me, how is a customer supposed to know what the order-taking process is? Should one tell first or last?
