Noticed that the taro balls are so much thinner and smaller than at other branches like Jewel, PL Sq, and Tampines. I like Nine Fresh but will get it from other branches.

Ordered 3 different bowls of dessert on the Grab app. In the end, all my orders went wrong and were super messy and super dry. My first bowl's milk ball was missing. Super disappointed with my order.

I want to commend this lady trainee for her positive attitude during work. Despite facing a long queue (a 10-minute queue) and being the only one on duty, she remained focused and worked tirelessly to serve every customer efficiently and, most importantly, accurately. Her determination and positive attitude are truly commendable and reflect a strong work ethic. She handled the situation with professionalism, ensuring a smooth experience for everyone. Excellent job!

Went happily to buy dessert but encountered an auntie with such impatient service. There was no queue at all, yet she was so, SO impatient. She wouldn't even let me decide for a minute what toppings I wanted to add. She emphasized that I should decide properly, saying, "Later she keyed in order already," as if needing to change toppings was such a trouble to her. Regarding member redemption, she also stated, "You have to tell her beforehand, because she already keyed in," looking and talking very annoyed. Tell me, how is a customer supposed to know what the order-taking process is? Should one tell first or last? And she just shoved the drink onto the table. I did not manage to see her name, but she is the auntie with eyelash extensions.

Here's the edited review: A young female Chinese staff member patiently explained the difference between #1 and #9, as I pored over the menu. There was no queue around 12 PM on a Monday. She also asked if I had a loyalty card and offered me one to stamp future purchases, with the date announced. You can either build your own bowl or choose the pre-determined options that offer better value for money. The cream adds an additional fragrance and velvety taste to the grass jelly bowl. #1 costs $2.90, which is good value for money and is filled to the brim.
