The aunty at the counter is so rude. Definitely not going there next time. Simply wanted to eat pau and got yelled at over something trivial. I just asked what I didn't catch. Very bad attitude. No wonder there isn't a single customer.

I ordered 3 Big Pau and 6 Char Siew Pau at NAM KEE PAU at Bedok Mall.
When I saw the receipt, the auntie charged me for 3 Big Pau and 8 Char Siew Pau.
I did not pay too much attention because I thought she would give me 8 Char Siew Pau since she charged me for eight, and I trusted her. I also did not open the box because it was hot.
When I went home and checked, it turned out she only gave me 6 Char Siew Pau.
I felt like I was scammed.
I have a photo to show, but I couldn't upload it here. I don't know why.

I could not get the $0.99 big pau promotion. The store lady said she didn't know. How?

The aunty’s attitude was super rude. Maybe it was because we ordered early in the morning, and her mood was not good. However, the way she asked for payment and answered questions should have been done in a better way, not rudely. If your staff isn't in the mood to work, please ask her to rest at home for a few days! Thanks!

Bought these two red bean baos from Nam Kee at Bedok Mall. Look at the shape and yellowish color of these baos – is it normal? I doubt so. The filling is extremely dry and doesn't taste fresh either. To add on, this isn't my first time getting this yellowish bao from this outlet; previously, I bought two char siew baos that also had the same issues, and the char siew filling obviously tasted spoiled! What an experience! No next time! Big NAH!
