The auntie at the counter is so rude. Definitely not going there next time. I simply wanted to eat pau and got yelled at for nothing serious. I just asked what I didn't catch. Her attitude was very bad. No wonder there isn't a single customer.

I ordered 3 Big Pau and 6 Char Siew Pau at NAM KEE PAU at Bedok Mall. Then, when I saw the receipt, the Auntie charged me for 3 Big Pau and 8 Char Siew Pau. I did not pay too much attention, because I thought she would give me 8 Char Siew Pau since she charged me for 8, and I had trust in her. I didn't open the box either because it was hot. I went home and checked. It turned out she only gave me 6 Char Siew Pau. I felt like I was scammed. I have a photo to show, but I couldn't upload it here. I don't know why.

The aunty’s attitude was super rude. Maybe it’s because we ordered early in the morning, and the aunty’s mood was not good. However, the attitude when asking for payment and answering questions should be handled in a better way. Not in a rude way. Bought these two red bean baos from Nam Kee at Bedok Mall. Look at the shape and the yellowish color of these baos, is this normal? I doubt so. The filling was extremely dry and didn't taste fresh either. What's more, this isn't my first time getting this yellowish bao from this outlet. Previously, I bought two char siew baos which also had the same issues, and the char siew filling obviously tasted spoiled! What an experience, no next time! Big NAH!
