A rude and unpleasant character who was hostile and completely refused to answer even basic questions. He didn't even show up on time (he was half an hour late).
This was my experience on a Friday at noon in November 2024, so my review is actually quite late. Maybe he was having a bad day, but the overt hostility was unwarranted. I don't know if it's the same guy, and I hope he has already been fired!

Went to Bedok Mall around 2:45 PM on May 25. The shop was closed, even though their website stated otherwise. I guess I can't trust this service provider, even though it's the preferred one, as it can't even bother to put up a simple note at the shop regarding the closure.
