Had a great experience with YT Tan from MyRepublic. He provided excellent service with a professional and friendly approach. He was very knowledgeable about the products and took the time to answer all my questions clearly. Highly recommend!

Rude and unpleasant individual who was hostile and completely refused to even answer basic questions. Didn't even show up on time (was half an hour late). This was my experience on a Friday noon in November 2024, so my review is actually quite late. Maybe he was having a bad day, but the overt hostility was unwarranted. I don't know if it's the same guy, and I hope he has already been fired!

Went to Bedok Mall around 2.45pm on 25 May. The shop was closed when their website stated otherwise. I guess I cannot trust this service provider, even though it is the preferred one, as it can't even bother to put up a simple note at the shop regarding its closure.
