I'm giving this rating to show my support. I think this is easily one of Singapore's top 5 busiest MOS Burger outlets, but being a small store, it has significantly fewer staff compared to McDonald's. I can feel the staff trying their best amidst customer orders coming in from the order counter, the order kiosk, and food deliveries. The food is generally of the same standard as other outlets.

Honestly, it has become so overpriced for such a small amount of food. The butterfly prawns are $5.20, and they definitely don't look like they're worth that amount. What used to be an affordable fast food joint is such a disappointment for kids who grew up eating it. The burger isn't as tasty and filling as I remembered. They charge 80 cents for a tiny amount of mayonnaise, don't even have ketchup anymore, and ran out of creamer… It's just very disappointing and upsetting to see what has become of Mos Burger.

The Double Mushroom Wagyu Burger was not as small as expected. The meat was okay, and the bun was quite soft. The fries were okay.
I've downgraded this to 1 star because I ordered the MOS chicken set for takeaway and was not given any chicken at all! 😨

The spicy sauce has changed its recipe since it first started.
This sauce had a degree of Indian spice, or something similar, and it was not very enjoyable.
This was a favorite burger joint, although the size has also shrunk considerably. It's now no longer a favorite.

I'm always a fan of Mos Burger, even though they charge a lot more and offer smaller portions.
The management should enforce strict SOP, and here's why:
I was at Bedok Mall and placed my order at the counter since there was no queue. I was served by an elderly lady who told me I would have to wait about 15 minutes. She suggested I go walk around and that my number would be buzzed when ready. I went to a store opposite and waited. Fifteen minutes passed, but there was no buzz. Twenty-five minutes later, still nothing. Finally, I couldn't wait. I approached the same staff, and she immediately pointed to my order and said, "It was ready for quite a while." I asked why my queue number had not been buzzed. At first, she mumbled, "Forgot," then changed her words, saying, "I thought you went walking around." She offered no apology, and I didn't expect one from an elderly person.
Had I not approached her, it could have been another 30-minute wait!
I urge Mos Burger to train all staff, young or old, to be professional and stick to the SOP so that their customers can enjoy a better dining or takeaway experience. Thank you!
Side note, even as I was leaving with my order, my queue number was still on the "Preparing" queue.
