Leaving this rating to show support. I think this is easily one of Singapore's top 5 busiest MOS Burger outlets, but it's a small store, so there are significantly fewer staff compared to McDonald's. You can feel the staff trying their best amidst the constant influx of customer orders from the order counter, the order kiosk, and food deliveries. Food is generally the same standard as other outlets.

Honestly, it has become so overpriced for such a small amount of food. The butterfly prawns are $5.20, and they definitely don’t look like they’re worth that amount. What used to be an affordable fast food joint has become such a disappointment for kids that grew up eating it. The burger isn’t as tasty and filling as I remembered. They charge 80 cents for a tiny amount of mayonnaise, they don’t even have ketchup anymore, and they ran out of creamer… Just very disappointing and upsetting to see what has become of Mos Burger.

The double mushroom wagyu burger was not as small as expected. The meat was ok, and the bun was quite soft. The fries were ok. I downgraded to 1 star because I ordered the MOS chicken set for takeaway and was not given any chicken at all 😨

The spicy sauce has changed its recipe since it first started. This sauce had a degree of Indian spice, and it was not very enjoyable. A favorite burger joint, although the size has also shrunk considerably. It's now not a favorite here anymore :(

I'm always a fan of Mos Burger, even though they charge a lot more and offer smaller portions. The management should enforce strict SOPs. Here's why: I was at Bedok Mall and placed my order at the counter since there was no queue. I was served by an elderly lady who told me I would have to wait about 15 minutes. She suggested I walk around and that my number would be buzzed when ready. I went to a store opposite and waited outside. Fifteen minutes passed, no buzz. Twenty-five minutes passed, still no buzz. Finally, I couldn't wait. I approached the same staff, and she immediately pointed to my order and said, "It was ready for quite a while." I asked why my queue number had not been buzzed. At first, she mumbled, "Forgot," then changed her words, saying, "I thought you had gone for a walk." She offered no apology, and I didn't expect one from an elderly person. Had I not approached her, it could have been another 30-minute wait! I urge Mos Burger to train all staff, young or old, to be professional and stick to the SOPs so that their customers can enjoy a better dining or takeaway experience. Thank you! Side note: Even as I was leaving with my order, my queue number was still on the "Preparing" queue.
