I was only 3 months postpartum when one day my pelvis just gave way and went crooked (as shown). I was in so much distress; I could not even carry or feed my baby, and was unable to lift her out of her bed. I could barely sit properly or get off my bed; even when I lay flat, it just hurt. That's just how bad the pain was. When I stood, my whole body just tilted to one side. My friend referred me to Physician Diana and Therapist Richard, as they specialize in postpartum recovery. Knowing I was in so much distress and pain, they were kind enough to squeeze in a slot for me despite being so booked. The 90-minute drive to and from Sembawang to have it fixed was so worth it. I felt so much better after just a single adjustment; I could stand straight, and it didn't hurt much anymore. I will be going back for more sessions for proper recovery. All the staff there are so friendly and helpful. The hospitality they showed us and my baby was truly 10/10. They even provided my husband with a nursing cover when my child was sleeping. They also offered a bigger treatment room so my husband and child could be in the same room without being exposed, especially since the Omicron COVID outbreak was bad. I highly, highly recommend them! Once again, I would like to sincerely thank Physician Diana, Therapist Richard, and all the friendly team members there.

Extremely disappointed with this TCM. They asked us to sign up for membership with a significant upfront payment to enjoy membership rates and discounts. After signing up for membership credit, they refused to let me use it because it had expired after one year. I could not even use the credit at non-membership rates. They just took the money, like a scam. They have a very bad reputation, and I heard they did the same to many members. This is absolutely ridiculous! This kind of scam should be reported to the police. They never made it clear that the credits would expire and become unusable after a certain deadline. Nothing was mentioned except for an SMS reminder to book an appointment. This is highly inappropriate and deceptive.

I’ve been visiting KTT for two months to treat a severe back sprain that left me unable to sleep, stand, walk, or even sit properly. Thought it was just a severe menstrual cramp, but it turned out to be a sports injury. Under the care of Physician Loh and through regular acupuncture sessions, my condition has completely improved. I recently visited this TCM clinic, hoping for a thorough traditional diagnosis, but my experience was disappointing. When I first saw the doctor, he immediately asked me what my issue was. I explained that I wasn’t sure and was feeling generally unwell, expecting the traditional diagnostic approach to help pinpoint the problem. However, the doctor showed little interest in using classic TCM methods like Bai Mai (白脉) pulse diagnosis, which is fundamental for identifying deficiency patterns and other imbalances. If I already knew what was wrong with me, I wouldn’t have come to a TCM practitioner in the first place. The whole consultation felt more like a rushed Western medical visit rather than the careful, skillful practice of TCM I was looking for. The TCM doctor I encountered was male, and unfortunately, I didn’t feel confident in this clinic or the quality of care provided. Overall, it left me feeling dissatisfied and hesitant to return.

I can't help but write a review for them. Normally, I only write reviews for food. However, this was my first time visiting KTT TCM Clinic. The place, though compact, is very well lit and well-designed. The facility looks clean and well-maintained. Staff are well-groomed, respectful, and friendly. Male and female consultants are available if you are shy. I went there for a lower back pain that had troubled me for the last three weeks. I had visited a few Western medicine doctors, but each time I was prescribed the same thing: painkillers and Anarex. First things first, I met a physician for a consultation. After a short consultation, the physician directed me to the next course of action: a massage (or tui na). The massage master was superb, and his strength was just right. He targeted all the problem spots and managed to pinpoint all the locations that caused me tremendous pain over the weeks. After the 40-minute massage to release the tense muscles and tendons, the masseur moved on to use suction cups (ba guan) to "suck out the moisture." Once he was done with his part of the treatment, he even gave me advice on personal care to follow up with at home, before handing me over to the physician for acupuncture. The physician's needlework was spot on and targeted the area. It was almost painless; just a split second of an "ant bite" at certain sensitive areas, otherwise I didn't feel anything. When the needle was removed, it didn't hurt either. I came into the clinic still feeling the backache and unable to bend forward. But I left as a new man, full of vigor, and was able to move about freely and easily, without pain, and was able to bend again. Highly recommended. Price-wise, it is a bit on the high side. I spent $185. But considering the effect of the treatment, it was a worthy transaction. I booked another session for December 29th. The Bedok Mall branch is located at Level 1, right beside HaiDiLao and the drop-off point.
