Grateful for a place like this for last-minute needs like pacifiers, etc., but the staff has always been rude and the items are of poor quality. I bought a few bubble machines there, and all broke quickly. Some items are way overpriced, to be honest.

I would like to take a moment to commend Lukas from the Kiddy Palace at Bedok Mall for his exceptional customer service. On 23/12/2024, I purchased a toy remote car for my son, but upon opening it, the car didn't function properly. When I returned to the outlet, Lukas was very understanding and courteous. He patiently apologized and thanked me for waiting, and even tried troubleshooting the issue. Unfortunately, the controller was malfunctioning, but Lukas immediately arranged for a 1-to-1 exchange. His dedication and helpfulness were truly appreciated. Management, please recognize Lukas for his outstanding service and thank him for going above and beyond!

The prices for products are expensive, and the staff are quite rude. Especially one male staff member, whose name I don't know, was hovering behind me the whole time I was there. He stood literally so close and never asked if I needed help; he just stood there hovering around. I felt so uncomfortable that I didn't even buy the sandals for my little one, which I was planning to buy. I will not patronize the shop anymore. I used to buy lots of stuff for my baby here, but the staff's attitude never improves; it's like they're getting ruder and ruder. Anyway, I will not visit anymore.
