Grateful for such a place for last-minute needs like pacifiers, etc., but the staff is always rude and the items are of poor quality. I bought a few bubble machines there, and all broke quickly. Some items are way overpriced, to be honest.

I would like to take a moment to commend Lukas from the Kiddy Palace at Bedok Mall outlet for his exceptional customer service. On 23/12/2024, I purchased a toy remote car for my son, but upon opening it, the car didn't function properly. When I returned to the outlet, Lukas was very understanding and courteous. He patiently apologized and thanked me for waiting, and even tried troubleshooting the issue to help fix it. Unfortunately, the controller was malfunctioning, but Lukas immediately arranged for a 1-to-1 exchange. His dedication and helpfulness were truly appreciated. Management, please recognize Lukas for his outstanding service and thank him for going above and beyond!

The products are expensive, and the staff are quite rude. One male staff member, whose name I don't know, hovered behind me the whole time I was there, standing literally so close. He never asked if I needed help, just stood there hovering. I felt so uncomfortable that I did not even buy the sandals for my little one, which I had planned to buy. I will not patronize this shop anymore. I used to buy a lot of things for my baby here, but the staff's attitude never improves; it's like they're getting ruder and ruder. Anyway, I will not visit anymore.
