Itacho's standard has dropped a lot, as has the portion size of their food. We also waited more than 40 minutes between the first and last dish to be served. Only the sushi was good; other items like hotpot and udon were quite mediocre. We came here for a birthday celebration, and upon enquiring with Manager Siew Theen, we were informed they were unable to provide a candle or write 'Happy Birthday' for a surprise. No alternative was proposed to make it a special visit. They were obviously not appreciative of customers selecting their restaurant for a celebration.

Overall, food is average. Udon is a little bland, didn't have the strong bonito taste.

I had super bad diarrhea and a tummy ache after having their promotional item. Also, the portion is super small for the price point. Order this at your own risk.

I came here for lunch around 12:15 PM. The place was not crowded; there were lots of empty tables. I placed my order at 12:24 PM, and the food was served at 12:48 PM. I'm not sure why it took so long, especially since the sushi had been sitting on the counter for over 10 minutes. The food was actually quite good. I had the premium special set lunch, and it was good value for money. The serving time could be improved.

Siew theen, thank you so much for your patience in helping my elderly parents with their smartphone to order the food. 😊 I appreciate your goodwill and caring service, especially since they are not good with IT technology. 😊 I hope the rest of the employees will follow your example and learn from you to smile and not show a negative attitude. We enjoy our food. ❤️
