Shad was my trainer. His explanations were very unclear, and the course lacked structure. His explanations were long-winded, even for simple concepts, making beginners even more confused. For some reason, he spent a significant amount of time talking about more advanced stuff midway through teaching the basics. He was also really poor at speaking and would often stutter, say the wrong words, or repeat his sentences. In the end, the lessons became really dry and repetitive. The worst, most dissatisfying part is that he promised after-service support. After the course, I messaged him simple questions, only to be ignored for days to the point I had to double-message him, and he only replied with short answers which were of little help. So don't count on being able to set a free appointment with him to assess your FB campaigns (something he also promised). To be frank, what you learn in this course can easily be found for free in many online videos with clearer explanations. Highly DO NOT recommend 👎👎👎

I was recommended by my ex-colleague to attend this training. I attended when they had just started their in-classroom training again, after running sessions via Zoom due to COVID restrictions. It was actually fun throughout the day. The learning was interesting. It was very straightforward and step-by-step. They only allow a maximum of 10 students per class, so I guess it's better for the trainer to attend to each of us, especially since I'm a slow learner 🤣 I am from the beauty industry and was badly affected by COVID. So after the easing of all restriction measures, I was hoping to advertise to improve my business. I have started to implement things and already have a few enquiries and 3 bookings after my first day of advertising. I am so happy about this! Thanks to Mr. Shad or Shah (I didn't get his name clearly, but it sounded like either Shad or Shah) 👏👏
