I gave Ferns and Philo a blank canvas, and in return, I got a beautifully staged home. It was hard to resist the temptation to stay in the place after what they did. I am so thankful I met Cleo and Jill, who brought up the idea of staging it. Did it cost much? I won't lie, it wasn't cheap, but I had a unique house to sell because I knocked down walls and doors. I loved this home. So, for me to stage it, was for the next family to love this home, and I wanted to bless the next family staying there so they might enjoy the home the way I did. How well did the staging do for me? Let's just say I am definitely the highest seller for the category on the block. This is a 4A HDB and not even a condo! But definitely more comfortable than many condos I know. Should you stage your home? Yes! But you must be patient and listen to the professional advice. Every cent counts.
